The Challenge

Carrera Partners were briefed at 3pm Friday for a contracting position with a Monday start. The line manager was pressed for time, so there was no formal position description. In fact, the brief was just two lines long.

We continue to work exclusively with this client and have a 1:1 referral to placement ratio. All of the contractors we have placed have had their assignments extended, often doubled or tripled in length.
